As someone who’s tried a ton of pancake recipes, I’ve found my go-to, and I’m excited to share it with you. I consider myself a bit of a pancake connoisseur, which is why I usually skip ordering them at restaurants. There’s nothing worse than paying for a plate that doesn’t live up to expectations, right? But this recipe? It never disappoints. Try it out and enjoy every bite!
Extra Tip: The batter comes out thick so if you are like me, and don’t like thick pancakes, you can add a little milk to thin it out. Remember thick batter makes thick pancakes. Thin/watery batter makes thin pancake, so don’t add too much milk!
