With us transitioning into the fall season, a good ol fall salad will hit the spot. One of my favorite vegetable is broccoli. My family knows I can eat broccoli everyday if I could. So when I found this Broccoli Salad recipe, I was in heaven. I have made it several times for cookouts and just to have in the refrigerator to snack on for a few days. Oh and the dressing alone is worth trying!

Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
5-6 cups broccoli florets 1 lb, this was about 2 ½ heads of broccoli for me (450g)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese thicker, not finely shredded (115g)
