This was Ty's first listing/sale and we actually CLOSED on the sale 12 after it went on the market! It was beautifully marketed. While Ty is new to the process, she knows when to seek guidance from her team and does so promptly; she will no doubt be an expert in no time. Ty was a fantastic agent, we went through alot of stress with my house. She was able to get my AC tuned up for a good price and her roof repairman was able to help me get my insurance company to pay out for the roof when they didn't even want to cover me. So 5 stars from me a USMC veteran, much appreciated Ty!
